10.2.3 Changes in ShopUs APP business: If the assets that ShopUs APP use to operate its business are acquired by a third party, we may transfer personal data we then hold to that party. If ShopUs SHOP buys or sells subsidiaries or business units then in such transactions customer information is one of the transferred assets but would remain subject to the commitments made in our Privacy Policy.
12.2 ShopUs APP will only collect data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary.

a) They have proof of appropriate measures for security and protection of the personal data, and the proof provided to the Data Protection Commissioner in accordance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, such measures include that data is transferred to jurisdictions with commensurate data protection laws.
